Il sistema verifica se tutti i campi importanti sono stati compilati, se no avvisa l'operatore. È possibile definire campi da segnalare se lasciati vuoti senza bloccare il salvataggio.
Acquisizione foto e firme
All'interno del rapportino, l'operatore può scattare foto e acquisire la firma del cliente direttamente sul tablet, nonché apporre la propria o caricarla automaticamente.
Save and send
The saved service report is immediately available to the administrative office and can be sent directly after approval or by the operator to the customer via email.
Export and import
Il sistema permette di esportare tutti i dati presenti sotto forma di PDF o XLS o CSV, ma può anche importare fogli XLS per popolare le tabelle anagrafiche ad esempio.
